Product information:

Prices:

All prices are daily prices and only valid on the day of order. Prices are subject to continuous change – and often from day to day. The buyer will be invoiced at the price applicable on the day of order, provided that the Carl-Henning Pedersen & Else Alfelts Museum accepts the order. All prices are shown including VAT.

 

Ordering:

The presentation of goods along with a price on shop.chpeamuseum.dk is not a binding offer, but merely an invitation to make an offer. The buyer's order of goods from shop.chpeamuseum.dk does not constitute a binding acceptance, but rather a binding offer to shop.chpeamuseum.dk to purchase the item on the stated terms.

A binding agreement between the buyer and shop.chpeamuseum.dk is only concluded when shop.chpeamuseum.dk accepts the offer made by the buyer with an order confirmation.

There is an expected processing time of 1-2 weeks from order to shipment. Items are most often shipped every Friday.

GLS is used as the standard delivery service, but for small shipments, the museum may deem it appropriate to use Postnord instead. Where Postnord is used as a supplier, the delivery time can be expected to be extended by a few days. 

 

Payment:

The account information you enter when purchasing goods is sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL) which only you and PBS can read. Thus, no one else sees or saves your information. When purchasing with a Dankort or credit card, the amount is debited from your account as soon as the item leaves shop.chpeamuseum.dk. When purchasing with a Dankort or credit card, a fee of 5% DKK per transaction is charged. 

 

Risk of accidental destruction or deterioration:

The risk of the ordered goods being destroyed or damaged due to accidental circumstances passes to the buyer only at the time when the ordered goods come into the buyer's possession.

 

Complaints:

You have a 2-year right to complain when purchasing goods. You are requested to state and, upon request, demonstrate what the defect consists of.

 

Disclaimer and warranty:

shop.chpeamuseum.dk has made it easy for you to get relevant information on other websites through links. These websites are outside the control of shop.chpeamuseum.dk. We can therefore in no way be held responsible for the content of these pages.

 

Information about the ordered goods from such websites is not included in the description of the ordered goods in the agreement between the buyer and shop.chpeamuseum.dk. The goods thus meet the buyer's expectations if they correspond to Carl-Henning Pedersen & Else Alfelts Museum's own description.

 

The seller is not liable for direct or indirect losses as a result of the ordered goods arriving late to the buyer, or the ordered goods suffering from defects, when the delay or defects are due to the buyer's action or omission or circumstances beyond the control of shop.chpeamuseum.dk, e.g., war, rebellion, unrest, fire, government intervention, seizure, currency restrictions, labor disputes of any kind, including strikes and lockouts, or similar.

 

Shop.chpeamuseum.dk does not issue an independent warranty for the ordered goods, and the buyer only obtains the warranties that the manufacturer issues to the Buyer.

 

Right of withdrawal

If the buyer notifies shop.chpeamuseum.dk that the buyer has regretted their purchase within 14 days of delivery, shop.chpeamuseum.dk will refund the received amount.

 

You have 14 days to notify us if you regret your purchase and then 14 days to return the item.

 

You can regret a purchase even if the item has been used.

 

An item is only considered used if it has been used beyond what is possible by trying it out in a physical store.

 

If an item has been used, a specific assessment will be made of what the used item can be sold for to another consumer. Any depreciation will not be refunded to you as a consumer. Read more at forbrugerombudsmanden.dk and forbrug.dk

 

Items returned FREIGHT COLLECT or cash on delivery will be refused. When returning, please use Post Danmark - not alternative parcel distributors. This makes it possible to track the item if it should go missing during return shipping. You should send the item securely packaged - together with a copy of the invoice and please clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and that you therefore wish to have the price of the item refunded. We recommend that you send the item back as a registered package with Post Danmark.

You can also cancel your purchase by refusing to accept the shipment.

These return rules apply to all goods sold as distance sales (to private individuals) - they do not apply to goods collected from our store, nor to goods sold to businesses.
