A book that illuminates the museum's development from the concept stage up to the expansion with the Prism Hall in 1993.
Architect C. F. Møller designed the original, round Carl-Henning Pedersen and Else Alfelt Museum, which was inaugurated in 1976. It was therefore natural that he also handled the expansion with the Prism and the underground exhibition hall, the Prism Hall, in 1993.
Both buildings are clad with tiles made by Carl-Henning Pedersen. In this way, the architect has beautifully united architecture and art.
This is elaborated on in the book by architects C. F. Møller and Poul Erik Skriver.
Furthermore, Carl-Henning Pedersen discusses the complex background of the museum's creation in Herning.
The book's texts are in Danish, German, and English.
