Marcel Paquet, in close collaboration with Carl-Henning Pedersen and Sidsel Ramsom, has written about Carl-Henning Pedersen's paintings under the headings: The Infinity of Painting, Painting as a Play Between Fantasy and Life, The Faces of Sensitivity.
Paquet writes in an existential, poetic-reflective language about the experience of the large mosaic on the inside of Angligaarden in Herning: "One cannot in any way become a companion to Fantasy's play on the wheel of life, become captivated by Carl-Henning Pedersen's world without returning to oneself freed from egoism, liberatingly released from the shackles of the absurd and the arbitrary, these conventions that control identity, even our souls."
Paquet describes the artistic contexts in which Carl-Henning Pedersen participated, including Linien and Cobra.
The book contains many color reproductions of Carl-Henning Pedersen's paintings as well as a chronological overview of the most important exhibitions.
